Purple Arrow. Scammer Alert

I am here to make a report on Purple Arrow, http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198073811166 on trade scam and attempted trade scam. He uses stolen credit to obtain stolen steam gifts and trade it off to people. After a day, the gifts are revoked and he quickly sell off the items (keys) he exchanged for after the trade. It's suspected he uses another account http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198301983146 to transfer the items between account. I am one of the victim fallen for his trade scam. He offer to send me the steam gift first at an attractive price and i go for it. The days after the gifts went missing in my inventory and this is where i know he is a scammer. I made a mistake of not checking his steamrep before closing the deal.
