there is a difference between the two packages. soundtrack edition (has 9x depots in the package) vs original (has 8x depots in the package)
inside their steam download folder one version will contain audio files, the other version will not. there is a genuine difference here though and they probably did receive what they were supposed to.

On Windows, Steam will save the soundtrack under:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\TinyAndBig\Tiny and Big Soundtrack
You can also right-click on T&B in your Steam library, then click properties, then local files and the T&B directory will be opened.

If the Steam gift was the soundtrack edition, then they got the soundtrack edition. The soundtrack is not like a normal dlc. They will need to download the game and find it in the install directory.

One of my giveaways has just finished and I've sent the gift. The problems is, the gift IS soundtrack edition, though the winner says there is nothing in the DLC section after activating it. After checking another gift of SE in my inventory, it is stated the exact edition though not in the title, just in the decription.

That means that something is clearly wrong with this particular title and it can't be sent without losing its status (is this even possible?). Maybe I'm doing it wrong but I don't have any idea. So what is the best course of action in your opinion?
PS. Region is RU+CIS if that makes any difference.
