Risen 3: Titan Lords from GMG russia - region lock or not?

Hi,

Does anybody know if Risen 3: Tital Lords on greenmangaming.com purchased using russian IP has region lock? I recently bought Cities Skylines and it works perfect but I want to be sure about Risen. Maybe someone bought it and knows if key is ROW?

I know there was a way to check when cd keys are region locked on steamdb.info but I can't remember how. Anyone else know how to do this. I would also like to check batman arkham knight.
edit: Found this. Not sure how to use it though.
edit2: Actually if i'm reading it right it looks like CD keys are only locked to Asia, BR and NA. There's no RU region lock so i think it should be fine?

Yes, but there is subid 49214 which is for gifts but also for cd keys, region RU+CIS, so I suppose this is the version on GmG. I think the key will be region locked so I do not want to take a risk.

Deep Silver is very aggressive with locks. So guaranteed locked.
