wait 7 days and mark as not recieved if you don't get it. don't worry about it after that, because you didn't lose anything. just see it as you didn't win that giveaway and move on.

Same thing happened to me. I even waited over a week. I just marked as not received and mostly forgot about it.

He has a week to giveaway the game after the giveaway finishes. After that if you did not recieve it just press "NO". And report him.

He has a week before you can do anything, so don't stress.
