You pray. In case key is duplicate and winner won't let you know, he apparently doesn't want game enough to make you solve it. Is game in his library? If winner mark game as not recieved, you can ask steam support for exact time when key was used just in case winner reedemed it on alt account and marked non recieved.
In case key was used already when you did giveaway and winner won't let you know, you will have to deal with unrecieved feedback.
DON'T TRY USE KEY UNTIL GIVEAWAY FEEDBACK IS SET ON NOT RECIEVED.

I checked his steam, he doesn't have the game in his library. I swear, I will put all my giveaways to be +1 minimum if I get a "Not Received" on my record lol. And I usually have more keys for the same game anyway or I would buy more key if needed. Just gotta wait, I guess.

You should use minimum level on your giveaways anyway to prevent long 5+ days waitings from level 0 bots.
My minimum level I do now for public giveaways is 5.

You can also check if they have actually revealed the key yet or not. In most cases where the feedback has not arrived it is still unrevealed by the winner. Just gotta wait.

With level 0 giveaways you are just punishing yourself.chance it will go to some real human user is really low.

I usually put them on my blacklist once they won my game and I noticed that they have posted 0 giveaways. I just don't know how much bots we have here.

You can only blacklist 1000 users. With level 0 users you will run out really quick.

You will get there, no worry. I am at 690 blacklisted.
Considering how many low level bots there is compared to users who can't afford giveaway game and would actually really play games I am giving away, it is a risk I am willing to take.

In case of level 0s is easiest just accepting a fact at least 90% of them are bots. But in case of winners, if they let me wait few days for feedback when comming online every 30 mins to enter giveaways, I consider them as bots. Even if they somehow aren't, I hate waiting.

I mean, it's only been a day but, I'd want to know what to do if they never mark it as received. I'm usually diligent with sending my keys, usually as soon as giveaway ends.
