Isn't begging (instead of sharing) against the rules ?

I'm a bit confused by the wording of OP, but isn't giving someone a discount allowed ? Same as giving a key to someone. I didn't open the link, but from what I understand someone can get 20% off on humble if they use OPs link. (if it's not some kind of referral link, as that is against the rules)
