It's your first win, and since you are new i guess you didn't read the site rules.
The sender as 7 days to senf you the gift. If he doesn't you mark the gift as not received.

Congrats on your win. First, you need to be patient - they have up to 7 days to send you the game. Second, you must have access to the email SteamGifts has on record. Lastly and most importantly, read the FAQ.

If it is a gift, there might be a problem as the gift is sent to your account, then you recieve the email. As you have a different email than your current steam account, it might never show up in your email as you don't have a steam account for that email. If it is a key, he might not have sent it yet. they do have 7 days and people do have lives.

Edit: oh the developer giveaway. There will be a key in your "won" page. Use that key.

It's not my first win, I'm not new, and I did read the site rules. I assumed it was an automated bot or something because it's hard to imagine someone sending 10,000 copies of a game to every individual member.

they just haven't sent it yet, just be patient

They're probably using a bot or some automated email software. It's the developers doing it, so I'm sure they have the resources.

A mod said on another thread that the keys weren't ready yet and they should hopefully be up tomorrow.

I mean, we, since I won it too!

Won a copy, very stoked about that :D have to be a bit more patient though, I assume that they send every key when they get back to work.. so might be a few more days, though I think action will be taken soon.
