Edit: I\'ve been thinking about Q3, but it\'s too vague. I should have given it more thought. So use the image together with Q3, and giyf. =)

Just had a great idea for Q2 that makes absolute perfect sense, but it's wrong. :(
And i'm not even sure what's a limp. :/

edit: And I can't seem to get that Q2 idea out of my head...

It was a little program called GIMP, and it was created by Spencer Kimball and Peter Mattis (the answer). If you had searched for "version 2.8" you could have seen it there on the first page...

I tried it with a comma once since that's how it's shown in wikipedia. You said to copy/paste from there, surely the box at the top right was good enough...
You should have created multiple answers for this...
Was a lucky random thought though, why is "limp = gimp"? I don't understand it.

Also, my first guess that seemed to make sense for Q2 was "The Time Machine".
It fits TM, the first picture is a game about "time", the second picture seems to be a "machine".
What do you think about this idea? :p
