Someone won one of my giveaways for Puzzle Bots. I sent them the gift over a week ago. Today they marked the gift as not received. I sent them multiple emails, and added them on Steam, but they declined. In fact I don't even think they used the code as the game isnt in their account. What should I do?

So it was gift or key? If it was gift you can do screenshot of gifts's history in your inventory. If it was key you can do the same with email and contact support.

Make a support ticket detailing this, include all the possible screenshots of this you can. Don't bother with logs, screenshots.
