Guess so. Why not. You just need 2 SG-Accounts and 2 Steam-Accounts.

in c.v. they don't, but for account worth, they do. How does Steamgifts know that you activated a bundle key?

Seems to me they really worked hard on clarifying the C.V. Why would they leave this so ambiguous?

Because $100 limit is not there to stop new users but to prevent creation of alts...dunno why it's not clarified better but it works as described above and confirmed by Bobofatt.

Not important at all. This Guy has a second Account with 100$ worth without Bundles, so he can be sure that it works.

Yes it's possible but you would need to clear it with support first so that two accounts of two people are not perceived as two alts of one person.
