About leveling up

Edit: Wolfenstein is 60P (?), should take you to level 3.
Edit again: As http://www.steamgifts.com/go/comment/CxxcJ7e said, it is bundled, so only 15% - level 1.

Considering it counts as a bundled game, you will get 15% of the value of the game. That would mean it is worth 15% of 60 (the price in dollars), which ends up as 9. This means you would only become level 1.

You need a total value of 25 to get to level 2.
