Most RPGs will let you do that. Skyrim, Avernum, Dragon Age, Torchlight, etc.

There are games that features bows as weapons, but I've never heard of an Archer game, not any that I can remember anyway.

Mount & blade warband, skyrim, Pirates vikings & knights 2, etc.

Best bow games I know is Skyrim, Farcry 3, but if you want a fast pace game with a bow that still looks great, check out Crysis 3.
I myself am waiting for an Arrow game or mod based on the show. I just love Arrow! Best Archery games you'll find is Far Cry 3 and Skyrim. Ive seen gameplay of other titles and it just doesnt seem right.

Only downside to the show is, I was told they are going to include other "super hero's" to the show, so it doesnt have that "Modern Retelling of the Green Arrow" that I hoped for. Arrow is superb when telling the story about a man who is an expert archer in the modern age where guns more often rule the streets. Now that they are bringing in superheros and supervillans (Flash and the villin "Sin" is confirmed for season 2) Idk maybe I just have a fear that bringing in superheros into the show may ruin it.

Mount and Blade: Warband is great and has some neat multiplayer and mods.

i liked being an archer in Cube World, but it's a voxel, i don't really enjoy those games that much, but it was cool.

I also enjoyed the bow in Skyrim and Dark Souls, in those games, headshots are vital, specially in Dark Souls, if you can't land some headshots from time to time, then the bow wont be THAT useful, yet it's cool to play that way

There's an archery minigame in Robin Hood: Defender of the Crown iirc. Kinda shitty by today's standards, but I thought it was cool back then.
