Question about Tomb Raider GOTY

Is it region locked or is it ROW? I tried to see if the code on the purchase button changes when I change to russian store and it doesn't.. but if I try this on the game (not the GOTY edition) it changes .. so don't really know if they are separate or not.

Could someone shed some light on this?

GOTY is ROW, the standard version is region- locked.

So if you buy GOTY from a Russian you can activate it and play with no problems.
