Solution

1. The puzzle is all about the SpaceCat gif Open it in some graphic software.
2. You should get 45 frames (tested in Adobe Flash and Sony Vegas) OR 31 frames + delay (eg. GIMP). Adding delay will make 45 frames.
3. There are sequences of 8 blue and red frames separated with one yellow frame. And it goes...

4. Time for some magic with binary code. If...
