Buying in steam with paypal funds

Hello !

My dad send to my Paypal account 18 dollars , and I do not have visa linked to my paypal , and when i try to buy a game on steam , its just doesnt work !

Someone can help me ? :\

You need to have a card linked at least once to the account, after that you can delink it if you see fit.
