I would say ABZU. It's very popular and has been reduced till around 6 dollars quite a few times by now. Giving you the opportunity to do a few GA's.

Oxenfree is really good (finished recently) and pretty popular.
From my own wishlist, Firewatch, The Walking Dead: A New Frontier, or the or rather, MY much-anticipated Yooka-Laylee
Also can't go wrong with Ori and the Blind Forest. It's never been bundled, and it's absolutely gorgeous!
