Yoo people from Steamgifts,

I am surely new to the community and I would like to create some sort of bond between me and you, now for that I would like to know what game I should give away, any suggestions? I think I'll be doing weekly giveaway from now on this site.

Best regards
FLIIICK

I might be biased because I can't run most new AAA games on my PC but Starbound would totally get me psyched :D
Project Zomboid also hardly gets given away here as well but that might be to niche to promote a YouTube channel.

Depends. If you want quick and vaning attention, there are a few obvious ones, mostly in the AAA section: Dishonored 2, Deus Ex 4, Watch_Dogs 2, Resident Evil 7. There are also some older ones that are still hot like Fallout 4, Witcher 3, The Division (gods know why this one interests anybody…)
A secondary choice is RUST. I will never be able to understand why (even though people tried to explain to me), but RUST seems to be perpetually popular, even though I cannot see any difference between it and the other 500 pre-alpha Early Access "fuck around on an open map and call it survival" games.

Or you could try to drop some of the really overlooked gems. Like Mini Metro, I am Setsuna, Yomawari, Odallus, STASIS, Crookz, Grimm, Nimbus, Haunt the House, Her Majesty's SPIFFING, Layers of Fear…

The Division (gods know why this one interests anybody…)

It's a decent covershooter on a huge stunningly beautiful map with amazing weather effects that mechanically mostly relies on gear grinding and optimization. Specially if you're playing with friends it's really fun.

Kept me and my friends busy for ~240 hours before we reached endgame which is apparently rather broken. But that was not the reason we stopped playing. One of my buddies moved and didn't have internet for a while and we haven't managed to get back into it since.

PC version is plagued by cheaters though from what I've heard.

You failed me to convince me. I still say that Division is pile of poop :3

I'm not trying to convice anyone just acting as a counterpart to talgaby because as much as I respect him, he's very vocal about disliking certain popular franchises and while everybody is of course entitled to their opinion they don't have to rain on other peoples parades.

I for example am heavily biased against HOGs but do you see me crapping all over the whole genre all the time because of that ?
Before I joined SG I thought those are just dumbed down Adventures for 40 year old housewives and no self respecting gamer would ever play that stuff. After I spent some time here I was proven wrong and found out that they are actually quite popular and I think I can even see the appeal now because like Jigsaw games for me they seem to be games where you can completely turn your head off. You can just play and don't have to worry about failing a mission or stuff like that.

pick whatever you want and can afford it.

remember the more giveaways you make, the more chances at getting followers you have, so maybe you would rather pick three $20 games than one for $60.

Cheapest way would be to buy like 10 humble monthlys every month and give out those games.
Or you could just make Endless Legend Collection giveaways totally unbiased

Oh, make sure you make them level 5+ ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

first off, thank you for giving away GTA, even with all the negativity.
I hope you can understand, that a lot of scam/advertisers come here offering free GTA and not delivering, and as a new user your GA seemed suspicious.
Again, thank you very much for that GA.

Personally, I'd like to see Civilization VI, Resident Evil 7, or Stellaris.

Welcome and good luck!

Syberia 3 or Night in the Woods. They're both upcoming games and look really promising. Still, they're in my wishlist, so that's the main reason why I'm referring to them. xD To be honest now, some games that more people should know about are Bully: Scholarship Edition, Valiant Hearts: The Great War, and the Penumbra trilogy. They're all really awesome games and quite cheap. :)

Starbound is indeed lovely as Sundance pointed it out. Or Enter the Gungeon is a good pick as well - good gameplay, solid animation, got loads of new content recently, and it's discounted to half as well

Any game from the community wishlist, but be sure that it's also not putting extra pressure on your savings, otherwise, this nice gesture can turn into a physically and mentally tasking activity.

Hahaha thank you for being concerned about me and my savings, but I am trying to give back as muck as I can to the community so don't worry before I do something I have obviously thought about it :)
