Im level 0. How do I level up?!

I've looked around to try and find what I need to do, but I'm dumb. What are the levels about?

I saw the stickied post where someone was going to write about the levels, but can't seem to find that post. Is there content I'm too dumb to find?

from what i have seen there are 2 ways to farm cv, the first is to giveaway games, the second is to kill dragons

killing dragons only works on skyrim
