I won Company of Heroes Tales of Valor, but i already have it in CD.

Can i give it away? The user who gives me the key is telling that i will be banned if i dont activate the key.

EDIT: My brother dont have the game and dont have SG account because he dont have his account with too much games, can i activate the key on his account?
