Won my first game woooooo, now how long does it take for it to be sent to me?

I'm curious too, since it's a developer giveaway, I assume. It's the first one I've won, and I didn't get a key automatically like I've heard happens from a dev giveaway

There's this secret rule of SG saying that if you ask how long does it take for a game to be sent to you, you shall be rerolled and you simply won't receive it. It's just a secret, ancient, made-by-cg rule but I'm sure you have nothing to worry about.

If it's the Dwarfs!? giveaway, everyone please be patient since the keys were not ready at the time the giveaway ended. They will hopefully be up at some point tomorrow or the next days and you should be able to find them on your won page.

I've been in a couple of these large dev giveaways and it can take 15 to 20 minutes sometimes for the key to show up. I don't know how many keys there were but if its in the thousands it will take time.

The key will show up on your "view won" page if its an actual dev giveaway

The giveaway was not from a dev. I'm not complaining about waiting as I didn't pay for the game. I was just wondering if there was a certain amount of time that has to pass or not because I don't want to miss the email or however it gets sent.

They have up to seven days to send. And definitely don't want to whine unless it's a joke and hiding a private giveaway.

The people who win my giveaways tend to immediately sign off for at least two days. This delays my being able to give them their game.... /
