It's available from Steam in US/Canada, Hit up the trade section.

Looks like I was looking at the wrong entry. But still try trades. It has also been available more widely during some Halloween sales as I bought mine direct from Steam during one such sale.

I got it on Nuuvem a little over a year ago. It was pretty cheap but also on Steam at the time. It doesn't look like they have it now, but it might be worth adding to the list of sites you keep an eye on.
