if that does not work for any reason, give the second away in the forum (for example via a puzzle), do not regift it via a giveaway

Wait until one of them gives you the gift, then have the other one reroll. This ensures you don't run into a case where one guy rerolls and the other one never delivers. It sure would suck to win the game twice and not even get it once. :P
But yeah, you can't receive both of them, only one; the second will need to be rerolled.

It's really bad that some of guys were giving false advice on what to do because you guys could end up being the reason why they get a suspension. Understand most of you were joking, but it's not like the person would have known since you can't really read sarcasm over the internet.It's different when it's some retard asking why he hasn't won, but this person had an actual question.

I got a hold of the second person, explained what had happened, apologized for the inconvenience and told them to go ahead and request a reroll. So all should be fine now! Thank you to those of you that told me how to correctly go about it. I knew the others answers were jokes though lol

So up until now, I had never won a game on steamgifts before. Since the chances of winning seem pretty low, I often end up entering multiple giveaways for a game I'd like to play. I just woke up to a notification that I had won TWO of the same game o.o (PixelJunk™ Monsters Ultimate) While that's really awesome and I'm stoked I won, I'm not quite sure what I'm supposed to do with the second one! What do people usually do here when that happens?
