a nice wiki For a list of all bundle games present and past.
If you do a contributor giveaway, be aware of bundletards who will give these away in order to inflate their value and enter. Do not be afraid to ask for a reroll. Even if they have ligit ones.

List of games by a fellow sgifter. Much love to them for setting this up in the wiki!

a thread which is updated well.

Please remember, Do not call people out on their giveaways. Report them!

Difference is, separating games within bundles is agaisnt the bundlers policies. There is the risk for example of someone buying a bundle, keeping the DRM-free versions and giving away Steam and Desura keys.

Developers, charities and whoever else were taking a loss when people were purchasing bundles for .01 and gifting them on here. As such bundles were banned to try and discourage this.

If you don't agree with it, buy a whole bunch and give them away on SteamTrades or better yet, value them at retail prices the day after the bundle ends and try to trade the world for them.

you mean where can I find lists of games which are sold for charity, where the person buys it for a penny to a dollar then gives the keys to seem to be a big contributor. The charity ends up paying more to process the sale then the money they pay. So they are stealing from children to increase their e-penis so they can win games. Yeah.

Its not for a penny any more.
Why their are stealing ? By giving them their money ? I want to be robbed like that.

its a dollar for hib and you can pay a penny on some bundles. It costs 25-75 cents to process a payment depending on the source

Some pay dollar some pay much more and some doesnt give to charity - whose worse ?
Paying dollar even if its selfish its a good thing. Becasue they are PAYING.
Getting bundle for 1dollar gives u nothing unless u have 100$ (??) games in your pocket to get on steamgifts.

Using a charity to increase your e-penis and or trick others into thinking you are kind is wrong. If you cannot see that, There is no hope for you till you do.

e-penis is not a dick. It means your internet reputation. e part is electronic. It is a saying. like saying you are having a pissing match. these are sayings native english speakers are familiar with. Hence why i asked. I speak farsi, hindi, urdu and english. I undrestand french well enough to do touristy things and Know some japanese. I am learning Spanish. you?

Thx for info but fake giveaway is worse than this.

stealing from charities to make your e-pinis larger and win games is low. I don't think a fake giveaway is worst. You don't harm anyone by making a fake giveaway. It does not cost you to enter.

It's still not stealing someone pays for it someone plays it the only thing that "wrong" is that they get more contributor credit than they deserve. SG lets you put bundles that have ended up but people still put the games separate so the same thing is happening there.

Really no harms being done to anyone here at all, however with a fake giveaway the "winner" may be extremely depressed and this could be his/her first "win" only to find out it was fake. That could have been the last thing needed to have them believe that they have the "worst life ever."

Now that is a very extreme situation but my point is that more harm is done emotionally with a fake giveaway than single games from a bundle.

it costs them money to set up a game for you to buy. Not only with the transfer of funds, they also pay steam. you think $1 will actually help charity?
it costs 50 cents to a dollar depending on what you use to buy the bundle. so in essense you pay less then you think when you buy a dollar. Never mind steam fees etc.

So are you saying you can't give away games that were in a bundle before?

Geez, many games would be gone forever. Would be a shame.

you can. But when all you are doing is giving games from bundles, and 75% of your giveaways or more are strictly BUNDLES, and or IGN. you are gaming the system. With ign i could care less about their losses. Charity bundles are the key here. Though I did see someone give about 30-50 ign keys. LIke they own 30-50 prime accounts.

You're welcome to give away any of the games mentioned as long as it is a Steam Gift, and not a key. Making your inventory public and providing a link to that usually helps :P

are they bundles designed to help children? Is it against their tos to give away? Is it against the rules of the sit to give them?

It is against the rule to give -individual- bundle games, giving complete bundles away is fine.

Keys for non-bundle games are fine. You could've purchased them from another store (GreenManGaming, GamersGate, etc.)

A few games use SteamWorks, which means when you buy the game outside of steam, you get the key (+perhaps a cd/dvd).
