30% sounds like you skipped pretty much every side mission and good number of collectibles, there are plenty of things to do after finishing main story
and Catwoman's story is not quite over

And the final chapter to Catwoman's story is implemented as a sidequest as well for technical reasons as I recall (since by the time you get to it, you can switch between her & Batman)

To 100% you have to do all the side missions and get all trophies. Catwoman has a few trophies too.

Checked the howlongtobeat. It says Asylum, City and Origins have 12 hour long main stories each. Asylum has less extra content (trophies, side missions etc.)
City can be completed in short amount of time because you can glide through the whole city. In asylum you had to run around which takes much more time.

Asylum had a really tight, enjoyable story. While it was maybe short (I completed it in within a free weekend), I wasn't disappointed by it, and was totally satisfied. When I got City, I played for a couple hours before getting totally bored with all the "100%" missions, without even going through the entire main story.
