any people from mother Russia have idea with this website?

is it legal and region free? I use google chrome to translate from Russian to English and it says that this cd key can only be
activated in CIS countries but after activation the game works in all region.
I've never heard of this, so any people from Russia can confirm whether it is legit or not.
and I hope people from Russia could use English when you write comments in this thread, thanks in advance :p

edit:after really careful search for over 3 hours, I find that it is very possible that COD:BO RU game is region free but it only contains RU language, if you don't know or speak RU language, you need to download some language patches which can change the language file from RU to EN. This is what I found, just for people who are not from CIS region. If you don't want to bother with language patch, DO NOT buy call of duty: black ops 1 RU version.

Yes, bought like ~10 games from this site.
But in case with this game, it says that you can play it everywhere, but the key can be only activated in Russia.

Yes, this game can be only activated in Russia. But at the same time, aftert activating it you will be able to play it everywhere.

Games that are named (Region free) will work world wide(everywhere), the games without the Region free title will work only in Russia.
This site is Legal, I bought tons of games from it like bad company 2, call of duty mw3..

I am just not sure about "activate only in Russia but after activation the game is region free". I bought cod:MW3 from a key store and have it activated using VPN and have played it without any problem. But where I bought MW3 key said something like "we guarantee that after activation it will be region free." so I brought it. and I have heard that call of duty black ops has region lock. So I hesitate to buy and ask people like you to clear that up. and thanks for replaying me.

If you're planing to use a VPN/Proxy to activate the key: don't do it, stick to trustworthy sellers like Amazon or those you can find here instead.

Using a VPN/Proxy is against Steam's TOS and can get you an account lock (at least they no longer ban accounts).

Where in OP's post did you read activation through VPN? (Not that the info is wrong, just sayin :D) He is asking if he buys a key from that russian store would it be region locked.

And as far as I can understand in the description says that it is region free so you should be safe.

If the game can be activated only in Russia he has no other option than to use VPN. And that will give him troubles.

yeah, I am not in Russia. Using VPN to activate a game is not a problem for me but I am not sure after activation it will still need VPN to play since I have heard that skyrim and battlefield 3 Russian version requires VPN to activate and play...

It is an awkward way to check it but this doesn't have onlyallowrunincountries key. That means that you can run it anywhere in the world you want.

em. I bought a Russian key once after searching for over 5 hours and making sure it was safe then I bought it. But this time, I am not so sure but it is a good deal so I ask people here to help me. thanks and I will check others' reply then I will make a decision to buy or not.

dude, here is a thing that you need to take into consideration. Many key store say that COD:BO1 RU version needs language changer to change the RU language to EN language if you are not from RU region or you don't use RU language. So think of this before getting it.

The site is a market place where traders do their own business.
Some traders are fair, some are so-so.
This one lies that it is Region Free key. He suggests to use vpn or something like that for activation. It breaks the rules and may cause troubles for you. Well, it may go well but still I suggest you not to risk.

Russian retail is indeed region free, but can be activated only within CIS. I still wouldn't recommend buying from this site though.

In my poiny of view «game region free» = «game can be activated and played anywhere».
But, well, it's a matter of terminology.
