[Bug/Suggestion] Ability to join giveaways when already won this title, but not received

Example case:
I won a game, and key is invalid.
During the next week I can't mark it as "not received", and can't join similar giveaways, because "Previously Won".
But exactly during this week created large amount of giveaways with game I interested (from humble monthly, etc), and I was out :(
It would be very useful to have ability to mark it as "not received" immediately if giveaway type is "key", or ability to join similar giveaways even if already won but not confirmed.

If it is a wrong key, the gifter can still replace it. It happened with me quite a few times in the past.

But what if I contacted gifter, and he confirmed his mistake? Then, key will not be replaced.

Then everyone would press it and the gifter would have a not received on the account even if they are actively trying to solve the problem.

I could imagine several solutions for that. Instead of a "not received", the winner could forfeit their win. The winner could then try to win another GA immediately, the GA creator gets a reroll and has his 7 days to deliver. Or they could alternatively accept the "not received" in advance, if they also don't expect to find a solution.

lol, no, wrong direction. The gifter should get a button like: "can't provide key, allow mark as non-received now"

Also already now the GA can be deleted if both agree, solving that too.

I agree with this and I also don't like having entries automatically removed when you win because you may not get the game and then any entries you had in invite only giveaways are lost and you probably won't find them again to re-enter. You could have spent hours solving a puzzle and have great odds at a great game only to have that entry removed and have no trace of it.

I would prefer to stay entered in all the giveaways until I mark the giveaway I won as received. If I win more than 1 giveaway for the same game, I will activate the key from the first user to get it to me. If the creator of the giveaway has not clicked the button to send me the key yet, there should be a button on my won page for me to instantly reroll the giveaway without a support ticket.

It's because of people who were too lazy and ignorant to delete their received giveaways and it caused a lot of reroll tickets. It was really not fun when I made a train with 50 vagons and I had to reroll, for example 10 times only because of those people.

I'm fine with them automatically being removed when you mark the giveaway as received which would help prevent that. Also, SG now syncs every day and will remove your entries if you own the game.

It's pretty rare and has only been for cheap bundle games so far. I have done it to a couple people where I forgot to mark a key as used and created another giveaway with the same key by accident. The real problem is with the people that join the site and either don't know how it works or create fake giveaways for advertisement with no intention of sending the game. Everytime someone wins one of those, they have their other entries for that game removed.

In case of puzzles, I am sure that most puzzles creators would provide you with the link to the giveaway, if you left a comment the first time around and describe the problem to them - assuming the puzzle GA still runs for more than one week, so you can mark the bad win "not received".

That's not the problem. You would not know how many times you entered for that specific game or where you entered from. There are so many invite only giveaways all over the place in hundreds of threads, there's no way to go back and find what threads that specific game was given in. What would help is if we could see a list of all the giveaways we were entered in before we were removed, like when a giveaway is deleted and it still shows in your entered giveaways.

with that suggestion i know everyone will be sure they won't receive their key after 1 hour of winning a giveaway. ^^

ok, u win it again and marked second giveaway as recieved, and after this first giveaway creator send u valid key (in 7 days) - don't cry about reroll and enjoy multiple wins ^^
