SUGGESTION! "finished" giveaway and "won" giveaway notification

Maybe a simple change in color could help.... but yes it is a good idea, maybe even email notifications for it wouldn't mind either.

I try to keep this kind of stuff low though, as i understand that even with new staff around its hard to keep the site running.

I propose gold.

Haha, actually, I brought that up with cg once.

I suggested that we would be given the option to "close" the bar (like pressing a "Close" clicky to hide the bar).

But the reason for this is cause I get annoyed at the green bar.

An email notification for the winner would be much appreciated.
