friend requests

wierd. shouldn't a blocked user be unable to sent new friend requests?
maybe you want to try to add him, unblock, block and delete him again? I guess it's just a bug or something.

Same here, but it's a lot of accounts without any game or private profile. This might be some kind of scam. When I try to contact them, there's no answer.

I've completely stopped accepting friend requests, 99% of them are phishing bots now. If its important they can leave a comment on my profile.

Add a nickname so you know it's him.

Or just add them and talk to them then block them.

Personally, I would accept his request and asked him what he wanted.
If he turns out to be a scammer or beggar or otherwise a nuisance, I'd tell him so and then deleted/ blocked him.

Personally i just block profiles that have private profile,unless i seen them somewhere with level. Those are phisher bots used by idiots.

I always accept everything. As long as you don't click any links he gives you, you are safe. Once I got a random friend request from a guy, who gave me a free DarkOut key (No I didn't won any GA), and the game is still in my library. Oh did I mention that he didn't wanted anything for it?

report and move on.. dunno, why you can't think of this simple answer.
