Indeed. I've wanted Oracle of Ages for years. Had to mess with it a bit though, it had save problems. Seems to be fixed now though. :D

Nah, contact problems. I have to stick a bit of card under the lower of the two to push it up a bit. Between that and a bit of tape over it, its staying connected to the battery.

Yeah, but if the game is fun and you don't have the console you are out of luck :(

Ah, Oracle of Ages, I loved that and Oracle of Seasons. I remember how much their connectivity stuff blew my mind back in the day.
I still have both of those around here somewhere now that I think on it. I need to try to find a used gameboy somewhere.

I'd joke about the fact that I have spare Gameboys, but its almost December, so I need to stay on the site. :P

i think no matter what pc will always be better to play since its a more versatile "console" since u can upgrade hardware and software it makes pc a better plataform.. other than that sure sucks not being able to play certain titles as they are ps or xbox locked... well for that i say companies loose money like that... if it was up to me i would make a game avaliable to pc and consoles.. more ppl to sell to.. just my opinion here

this so called next gen is totally bullshit.
if new consoles are called next-gen, pc has to be called next-next-gen. :D
I mean new consoles are already outdated and shit compared to an actual gaming pc.
If you want the REAL thing you have to buy a pc, though playing console on the couch is fine too, but it's definately not the superior one like they want you to believe with their marketing.

Comparing console capabilities (vs each other and pc) makes a lot of sense, since all those systems cost money, and money does not grow on trees. "Console wars" (dumb fanboyism aside) are a good thing from consumer's perspective, it helps people make better choices. Like, fuck xbox.

Ok im here to say my opinion on the new generation of consoles and their little console war, Does it really matter what console we play on? No it doesn't i want you to think right now about a game that has made you feel something emotional, i like to use games like heavy rain as an example whether you've played through it yourself or seen someone else do it you know a game like this makes you bring a true connection to the character and naturally becomes what you decide of them, even if you don't like what happened to them in the end you loved the game anyway.
What im trying to say is don't fight for a console over 'graphics' or new 'features' what you should focus on is what experience your gonna get with a game that would be on that console, say with a group of friends you could all buy a console made 10 years ago but still have fun playing the games with each other.
You don't have to listen to or even consider my arguments but it will make you think about how much fun you have playing games, so thanks for reading anyway
Also i would like to hear your opinions on what I've said and Your own on this topic.
