I doubt Support would have allowed a re-roll without good reason.

Was there any reason why you shouldn't have entered in the first place? If it was a private giveaway which was leaked or was was intended for groups you were not a part of, a reroll was to be expected.

In any case, I don't want to go into speculation. If you have a valid complaint, I'd suggest you take it up with support.

Or he entered for DLCs, or he had significant part of the games in some pack, or...

However, I'd appreciate if gifters always wrote in the description if they allow people to enter for DLCs and having how many games (if any) in the pack is ok to enter.

What about an semi-automatic message from the support when a reroll is approved, with the reason? (semi-automatic as in "with different check box for the reason: special rule, own too much games from the pack, already won the game, already own the game, and other with a little comment for special cases...)

I think you should better talk to the Support-staff or the Creator, no need for bringing this up in the forum.

What did you do (or not do) to get re-rolled? The fact that this thread is an hour old already and you still haven't said what actually happened makes me suspicious.

I'm closing this before it turns into some sort of calling out and someone has to be suspended. If a giveaway was re-rolled, there was a good reason, and it's usually the winner's fault. It's also entirely possible there was no re-roll and the giveaway was deleted. Since you don't seem to know much about it, I wouldn't rule this out at all.
