Filter annoyance

Well I turned on the filter so it filters games I already have the describtion stats "Need less Dota in your life? Use the below button to hide games you own from appearing in the open giveaway list."
Yet it doesn't take Dota 2 from give aways even though I own the game and it is in my Library.
And yes steamgifts and steam are sync'd
