Why are people selling those cheaper, and why some people ask like "do you sell 2-packs or 4-packs?"? What's the deal with it? Thanks.

4packs are usually the price of 3 regular copies.

As such, it's obviously cheaper to purchase a 4pack and split it up.

But can't you just sell it like 4 copies lol?
I mean, if I buy 2-pack and open one, then I can sell the other one like for the regular price of one game?

The 4pack is one item, not 4 individual games. Once you activate the 4pack, you get the three remaining individual copies.

You can try to sell it for whatever you'd like, but if a 2pack or 4pack is available, people will try to haggle you down to those prices.

As the moguri said, also If you have the game in your library you can't open the 4 pack of the game, that's why traders look for people to split it up and (usually) sent the 3 left copies to them again
