I opened a ticket there , some guy won my gift 8 days ago , i dont think he redeemed the cdkey and he didnt mark as received
what should i do ? im afraid to reroll because maybe he did redeemed it in other account .

Randomly pick someone in the giveaway who said Thanks and give it to them. And then write to Support.

it'd cause the whole "winner of your giveaway never redeemed" crap in the long run, which generally just causes a bunch of unnecessary trouble (since I doubt it'll stay unmarked forever)

Either that, or 'not received' crap
