THQ is offering "up to 85% off" on select titles for Labor Day. Notably, a few of their games can be activated on Steam. You should be careful about buying non-Steam activatable titles from the THQ store; according to their download policy, they will remove redownload access after 2 years. You can purchase an extension for a total of 4 years of access, or stick with the Steam games so you don't have to worry about it.

I believe this sale is a U.S. thing, not sure if anyone international would see sale prices.

Predictably, the interesting titles are not sporting as nice a discount. I think the following titles have keys that can be registered on Steam...

  • Darksiders for $5
  • Homefront for $15
  • Saints Row 2 for $7.50
  • Warhammer® 40,000®: Dawn of War® II: Retribution™ for $15
  • Warhammer® 40,000®: Dawn of War® II: Retribution™ Dark Angel DLC for $3.75

(Warhammer 40k: DoW 2: Retribution is not listed on the Retail CD keys Steam page, but the THQ store indicates that it requires an online Steam account.)
