I guess everyone ( part of community which is active on forums at least ) on this site has their 'inner circle' of people who they like or have constant pleasant interactions with . I realized that then i make some semi-accessible giveaways ( not WL,not group ones ) i do wish some people would win instead of others. Maybe i know them , maybe they have lots of send and few wins or maybe they just bumped my thread.

How about you?

Do you care who wins your giveaways?

Yes i do in all cases.
No i don't in any case.
I care if it's better quality/more expensive game.

I generally restrict my publics to level 5 and consider that a safe enough boundary for me to not need to check up on people as those are mostly bundle games, but I'll hunt people to the ends of the earth for any triple A title giveaways regardless of level.

I want only Gryffindor members to win my giveaways. No muggles!

I don't care, as long as it's marked received then our business is concluded.

But I mostly giveaway bundled games anyway so they don't really matter. If it's a nicer game then I'll just add a level restriction. Honestly, I don't have the time or care to be bothered with SGTools and having a white list. If there is a particular person who I want to have a game then I'll just give it to them. If not, then it's fair game.

Yes, but there are loads of tools out there to have happy winners like SGTools that has loads of functionalities to weed out wonderful winners, WL and BL, WL group and groups in general, puzzle giveaways, CV ratio, combinations of these, etc.
