Soundtrack DLCs where people having the game can't enter

Hello,

I have made GAs for 3 soundtracks :

Square Head Zombies 2 - Soundtrack
Dangerous Lands - Soundtrack
Swipe Fruit Smash - Soundtrack

First one works without issue and people enter it, but on the 2 others, i have someone told me he couldn't enter them even though he owned the base games.

I have searched in the discussion, and saw that sometimes, Steam is still learning about the games, but i can't find this info on the 2 games, or their DLCs, so it doesn't seems like it is the issue here. Both games seem to have no problem, they are not banned, they can be bought, their DLCs too, so, what is the issue here ?
