Live Broadcasting help?

Hi there, I want to get into live Broadcasting... a Dota2 player called Purge (Purge Gamers) told me to start with TwitchTV & use Xsplit Live to broadcast to it.

Do we have any live-broadcasters in the house that could help me and and tell me how to get this stuff working?

I downloaded & installed the Xsplit software... have an account on twitchTV... but I have no idea what to do with them or how to use them... basically I need a step by step guide for morons pls

Personally, I use justin.tv.

It works perfectly whenever I do Streams.
