Hello,
I was just checking my mail till I noticed that Humble Bundle sent me a mail in which they revealed total MSRP$ Price of the April's Monthly. If it can helps someone :)

MSRP$ = 142$ for 12$ Subscription
MSRP$ w/out The Witness (-40$) = 102$
Approximate Value Per Game (6 Games) = 17$ per game (this is only an approximation. Some games may be more expensive than others)
