I have been following in the background, not much of a puzzle solver. I miss the wrapping papers, but this seemed like a nice way to replace all that with your puzzles. But punishing the community over people being curious and one person leaving cryptic clues is crappy. They could have given the Season Pass or Ultimate for Control, knowning that a good majority of their user-base already own control from previous years.

It happened in the past and I wasn't able to redeem some of the games, support didn't help basically telling me to fo with a message ''The support is unable to change the price of the product.'' <- cause ofc they answered me after the promotion was already gone so don't count on that.

Something went wrong. I tried to buy Hot Wheels around the beginning and an error appeared. I have tried 90 minutes later and I can't get the game.
Could it be because I tried to buy the game + the DLCs at the same time at the beginning? I saw some of them require to own the base game.

I guess EGS couldn't handle 1 game and 11 DLCs x billions of account including the ones running side accounts
Too much stats going through their server per instance could make it out of control and cloudflare's defense mechanisms kicked in.
Mobile or PC app / browser - it's a network issue.

One time I even messaged them DURING the free game time that it wasn't letting me grab it. They answered after, when it wasn't free anymore and asked for video proof that I tried to grab the game lol
