2 Dota 2 popped out on my inventory out of no where?

since I downloaded (and later uninstalled) Dota2 Voyeur Edition Steam says I own it and I can't even enter the giveaways here :\

That happened to me a while back when I first got DOTA 2. I remember looking into it, but I don't remember why.

It's interesting, 'cause suddenly steam says that I have Dota 2 and I can play it, though I never bought the game and it doesnt appear in my library.

I got 18 Wheels of Steel: American Long Haul randomly added to my inventory. I didn't buy it, I didn't get any email or message saying it was from a gift. I checked my inventory history and it wasn't even mentioned.

I also got Dota2 gift, but only single copy. Not sure how gifting it on SG will be looked upon nowadays.
