Support would be much appreciated

Hey guys, I know this is all going to sound stupid, but it's what's happening.

The beta game Delver is on sale, and my friends were talking about it. I decided to purchase the game, only problem being my credit card won't work for some mysterious reason. I really want the game, and can't get it especially because of today's date (barely any place opens).

There's a few hour until the sale's over, if anyone could gift me the game, I promise I will gift something back with the same value as soon as my card goes back to normal (don't forget to friend me on Steam).
