If you can't figure out yourself what you didn't wrong after reading that then I can't help you. Has nothing to do with those 2 giveaways marked as not received.
Also a ship skin not so important for me but if you think I'm violating the rules and abuse the giveaways, feel free to report me to moderators about it except blame me with prejudice.

There's two ways to fix it:
- you could create a ticket for "change received feedback", explain your situation and ask support to change your feedback from received to not received. That could take a long time though, since support around here is ...let's just say slow (e.g. I have a 10 months old ticket pending, and this isn't the longest I've heard of).
- you could just buy the game in question or trade for it. Should be fairly cheap thing to get.

Dunno from where this came from. I think Alienware. Nothing big, it's just a cosmetic DLC called FORCED Hero Skins (it'll activate as Subscription Benefits or something like that). You need to have the game FORCED: Slightly Better Edition so before asking for the DLC, be sure your game list is set to public.

The op said second comment gets the key. So I put a spin on that saying It wasn't me even though I was the second person to post a comment because I replied to Zolivv instead of PaperBoi. So one could argue that I was the first comment of Zolivv and not the second comment of PaperBoi. Thus to prevent such an argument I am willing to cede my position to hbguru.
Edit- Its all in good fun really. What I am curious to know is if the Zolivv had just posted two comments quickly would they have won. I think yes because the PaperBoi didn't say second commenter, just second comment.

Here you can gift directly keys to other people, but you can NEVER PUT THE KEYS DIRECTLY IN THE MESSAGE, even encoded ones, because silent ninjas are as intelligent as grateful people and can solve the riddles too.
So here are a few ways :
If the person answering doesn't have too much GAs won or given, maybe don't use that.
