I have codes (promotional free ones etc) not tied to my account can i still give them away?

As title says I have some free game codes sent to me and I want to give them away is this possible on here?

There are some games considered by Sgifts to be exploited, read rules to get specific game names!

if you can not select the game(s) in the list when creating a giveaway, you should ask support to add it as an option. maybe it was left out intentionally.

someone hacked the database and stole all the keys so lots were appearing as already used.

You can give away everthing in the forum, even Origin keys or Indie keys. For Steam keys, that are nor from bundles, you can make giveaways, if they're still unused. There are also exploited keys, read here.

I believe he was simply asking if he can make giveaway with keys not activated or not in his inventory.

Answer is yes (if they are not exploited ones).
