that's all i ever got when i needed help as well. phone support is/was best imo. i tried live chat for several days, and even tried their twitter support, none ever got a response. but a phone call got my issue resolved immediately.

The chat never progresses beyond that. There is no timer or anything. I have tried 3 browsers: Chrome, Firefox, and Edge. Chrome has all extensions disabled and Firefox and Edge have nothing on them. I have Java installed. I have done all the tips and tricks but yet it still doesn't work. Can someone help out please?
