The only actual speed rapper you have there is Busta and he is easily one of the greatest at it. It's not about having ONE song it's about a career.

Twista is probably the fastest while being coherent. Tech kills it all the time too but sometimes he just isn't coherent.

If you take in to account being able to understand the words at the specific speed, I'd go with Eminem. Some may be faster but he is so clear at such fast speeds its amazing
