I didn't played this one yet, but it has been recommended to me since I was enjoying Warsim a lot.
Medieval Knight
Its not exactly as good as Warsim, but its from the same genre

Elegy for a dead World
Text heavy game about writing fictional stories.
I would be interested in Blood West, please.

I'd call it the definition of a relaxing exploration game. It's one of my all-time favorites.
I don't need a game. Thanks for sharing though. :)

I enjoy lots of indie games, as such I find some really good free ones every now and again; what I have listed is some that came to memory. Hope you enjoy them if you do decide to try em out.
Fishy (Only one that is not free. Swim around as a fish and eat and get big.)
The Were Cleaner (Not really what you asked, but it's free, cute, and fun.)
The Good Time Garden (Free, relaxing, and nice environment to discover.)
All You Can Eat (Free point and click text adventure with good dialog.)
Bonus: Aftermoor (Not really what you asked for, but it's free and nice environment with cool mechanics.)

I would HIGHLY recommend LEGO® Worlds for an open world and relaxing experience. I have fond memories coming home from school and zoning out with this game on my PS4.
Although it appears to be random draw, others have commented games so therefore, I am interested in Griftlands :)
Editted To Add:
These games might not entirely fit into your suggested categories, but I believe are worth checking out! Most of these that I played helped me emotionally to a HUGE extent
Slime Rancher - Cute, exploration/adventure game
Farm Together - Adorable game that I often zoned out to which especially got me through a lot of personal things and rough times. Sequel!
My Time At Portia - Cute life simulation with a hint of open world with a lot of exploration and slight open world aspects

was about to suggest Slime Rancher, I would say it fits relaxing exploration games/Games what help with depression
now i Have to think of another one

Hm, I see you already have Heaven's Vault -- you should definitely try that one!
For something you do not have... The Witness is not easy, and has no text, but it is fairly Open World, and it might be meditative/contemplative.
Also, I just played Torii. It is good, short, not hard, somewhat Open World, and it might be cathartic for those with depression.
Cheers!

I see you own Pillars of Eternity 2, but not Pillars 1 (and it's not on your wishlist, either). While Deadfire has some nice additions for both QoL and the lore of the universe, I find the first game to have better writing, and characters. And it's a great introduction into the world of Aora. I recommend getting the DLCs as well, because they add a lot of value for the story and setting.

Checked you Steam profile and you actually happen to own already the game I'm suggesting ATOM RPG: Post-apocalyptic indie game
As an explanation to my suggestion, I myself find post-apocalyptic games comfy and relaxing. Maybe it's the emptiness and silence.

Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons Remake should be right up your alley, I only played the original (Twice), but trust me, it's an amazing, short, and pretty relaxing , everyone should play some version of it. I think the original game still holds the test of time

I'd like to recommend Loop Hero. For me this game became some kind of my zen game due to its nice gameplay loop and nice story. It seems simple at the beginning but it offers a lot of story, mechanics and awesome pixel art.
I'd be interested in Blood West, Griftlands or The Talos Principle: Gold Edition

Finally, i got one for you: PHOGS!
I had played it as a newbie thanks to the Cozy Thread on SG 2 years ago (my 2nd win).
I feel it fulfills these:
Relaxing Exploration Games (the levels are very diverse and beautifully crafted)
Positive Games that help with Depression (it is extremely wholesome and a delight to go through the manageable puzzles. Calm music to keep u company)
Here's my review for it as well. I played it solo, and it was great. But I imagine its even better with a partner!
From the games mentioned, I only need BioShock Infinite...(like a diabetic needs their insulin🤧)
Nevermind, i am not entering! Keeping my comment as a rec.

Firewatch: https://store.steampowered.com/app/383870/Firewatch/ A narrative-driven adventure. It has a lot of dialogue and a compelling story
Eastshade: https://store.steampowered.com/app/715560/Eastshade/ Open-world exploration game. You are a traveling painter. Relaxing open world game
A Short Hike: https://store.steampowered.com/app/1055540/A_Short_Hike/ Relaxing Exploration game. Quite short.

Knowing you watch nocaps (since you recommended it to me), I won't even try this time hahaha I'm sure you already have a lot of nice recs from the channel. Also thank you for showing me the channel in the first place! :)

In terms of games that helped me out of being unhappy, I see that you either own them, wishlisted them, or the made suggestions to not recommend them.
I notice that you have not wishlisted Deltarune which is text heavy; right now it is only a demo, but there is a lot of content in the demo. I trust in the creator of Undertale to have a finished product that is also a positive game that helps with depression -- the positive message in Undertale made me very happy when I was going through something.
Subnautica 2 is coming out soon, and I noticed it is not in your wishlist despite you owning the previous entries. It is an open world game within the deep sea.
Slime Rancher 2 is nice relaxing open world game where you handle slimes.

My Time at Sandrock - I noticed that My Time at Portia was already mentioned, but I feel like the sequel also deserves a mention.
The Long Dark - Now, this game is a bit different, being a survival game, but I still think the wilderness and exploration in this game should make the cut.
SnowRunner - Slow paced open world game which makes it a comfort game.
Fe - Relaxing open-world exploration game with elements of nature and mystery.
I would like to enter for Griftlands

Not applying for any win, just a suggestion. Hope you will feel better
Brothers a tale of two sons
Or recent remake. It's quite touching and interesting game to play. It's coop at times, but can be played oneself. Won it on SG

Meditative/Contemplative/Zen Games seems to be too broad of a category. personally, i'm into pixel coloring games when i want to relax, and https://store.steampowered.com/app/3071670/Pixel_Cross_Stitch_Color_by_Number/ fits the category for me. not sure if it will be fore you though.
as for Positive Games that help with Depression, will depression caused by loss count? if yes, https://store.steampowered.com/app/1709700/How_to_Say_Goodbye/ will fit the bill.

I just recently saw this game and fell in love, it’s beautiful in all aspects, from visuals to gameplay
I can also recommend this game, it’s a more open world unlike the previous one and they are quite similar in visual style https://store.steampowered.com/app/2537920/Vrednye_vorony__Just_Crow_Things/
Can enter for Griftlands

This might sound crazy, but a game you haven't wishlisted and don't own is Crime Scene Cleaner which to me was a rather relaxing and meditative game, you can just chill and clean with no pressure at all.
Also a little confused by your wording (games you own or don't own?), a game you already do own that I think helps with depression is In Sound Mind, especially as the story progresses, though it's a complicated one since at times it is also a bit depressing. The Last Campfire is another similar one, depending on how you look at it it can be depressing, but it's also ultimately very hopeful and positive.
Finally, Botanicula is a very nice short point and click adventure :)
