How long does support take usually to get back to you?

right now? well.. I have 3 tickets open. the oldest one is over 5 weeks old.

Ever since CG removed the extra Supports/Mods, it could take forever until you can get a response.

Damn those were not the answers I was hoping for.

Basically I emailed the winner of my giveaway within 24 hours and he responded to that email saying thanks. I checked off that I 'd sent the game and he checked off that he'd received it and his name was revealed as the winner.

Then a week passes, he never redeems the game and he un-checks that he received the game, so my feedback is now at 50%.

Mine's been three weeks. banned from steamgifts chat over a rule that didn't exist. -sigh- The worst thing is that even that ban was only supposed to last 2days.

I, too, have been waiting a week for support to respond to my question. Why would CG reduce the number of support/mods?

I have a lot of open tickets, I created the oldest one... two months ago? Some I closed already without any answer from staff, just meh.

Apparently some get answered quickly while others don't. My urgent ticket is coming on 3 weeks now.

Just to to chat look for cg and you will save 5 weeks time

No reason to bother with it otherwise
