I know that there was basically a reset with all the support personnel, but how long should it normally take now to get a response back?

I've been waiting a week and would like to get the issue with my last giveaway resolved before I do another one.

When I found him on Steam a couple weeks ago, he handled mine next day.
Other Urgent has been like 9 days now.

Ever since CG removed the extra Supports/Mods, it could take forever until you can get a response.

Damn those were not the answers I was hoping for.

Basically I emailed the winner of my giveaway within 24 hours and he responded to that email saying thanks. I checked off that I 'd sent the game and he checked off that he'd received it and his name was revealed as the winner.

Then a week passes, he never redeems the game and he un-checks that he received the game, so my feedback is now at 50%.

Mine's been three weeks. banned from steamgifts chat over a rule that didn't exist. -sigh- The worst thing is that even that ban was only supposed to last 2days.
