Asura's Wrath - overrated or just pure awesomeness?

From what I hear, its chucked full of shouting and cut scenes. Good or bad, I have no idea.

I liked the story, but yea. The shouting was a little to much :D

Easily one of my favorite console games of the year. Played and bought all the dlc that came with the game. Although most people bash capcom for pulling the whole "real ending as dlc" thing but it makes sense considering theres no real incentive to replay the game. I'm just saddened that they never finished the last two dlc.

I was pretty psyched about the game from watching vidyas online, I just never got around to buying it

IMHO Asura's Wrath is one of my favorite games to date. I love the story, the music, the action, the visuals, and the characters. It is a little simple, but it focuses more on awesome cutscenes and putting you in them with some rather well designed QTEs. I know it's not a game for everyone, but i absolutely love it. It may be for you it may not be, but at least you would get to experience an awesome story along the way.

P.S. also capcom is a little ugly by making you pay $10 for a piece of DLC that is the actual ending of the game, but I completely enojoyed it all.

Only played about 10 minutes and loved everything about it. So very epic in every way. But I don't know if it gets redundant after awhile since I didn't play much.
