What reliable website can I find PAYDAY 2 cheapest on?

Russian traders on steamtrades, I think. I just checked and the lowest thread I see is 8 keys, but you might be able to talk them down to 7.

And thanks for the giveaway, but I won't enter since I'm planning on getting the Sonic Action pack if it goes 75 percent off >.>

At TF2Outpost or Steamtrades you will definitly get a copy for 9 TF2 Keys or even 8 (Career Criminal Edition for 13-14 Keys).

I won't use them after minecraft confirmed they charged back my minecraft key, it took 7 months to get a refund. I only got that refund because i found out i knew someone they sponsor since yer, lets not go into that.

And plus there is a lot cheaper places, http://cdkeyprices.com/ will tell you that (its a game key price comparison website)
