They will answer eventually. Just don't make a user report, those have a significantly higher wait times measured in months. That's because only one or two people can actually respond to those (not support).

iirc User Report - Other gets pushed back, but the others go forward depending on what category they are in. I have not had to use support luckily though so I could be wrong, or it could be the white russians talking.

Well I have a user report under a category (not other) and it's been pending for over a week, but you could be right about "other" being the longest wait time.

Rerolls are the only tickets I've had answered relatively quick, really all I've used them for.
You are right though that only Moderators or higher can Moderate User Reports, Support can handle tickets. Support however cannot suspend for Misuse of Trade Feedback it looks like here

Creating false trade feedback is a punishable offense.
I would close the ticket you have for other and create a User Report - Misuse of Trade Feedback ticket.

Literally thousands of people abusing it but never get processed.
It's just a rule without enforcement, might as well delete the rule altogether.

Requesting a received feedback doesn't take long because support can do it, but only the supermod can delete a trade feedback.

Well i see that you've given him "-1" as-well which is also considered abusing the reps system.You'd better edit it first as i'm sure you'll fall in much trouble even if you're trying to revenge/payback.About your main concern,You should wait patiently and i'm pretty sure the support will sort everything out.

I have got 1 negative feedback without any reason... he wanted to add me on steam but I dont. So he got angry and gave me a negative. Thats so stupid. I never had any CS:GO Keys and I never have played CS in my life. I have reported him and hope the negative will be deleted.

A week ago, I created a giveaway. The winner added the game to his account but he didn't mark it as received. So I applied to support and thanks to them, it is solved and I got my "received" feedback. But the user gave me a negative profile feedback for that. Saying that I am a scammer. What can I do? I wrote it to support as "Other" category. But still pending for days. Any suggestions?
